So here is another good story of how the Lord is helping us in the missionary effort. In Panama City there are over 6,000 taxis. Elders Monróy and Bennett caught a taxi and contacted the driver. The driver said his sister got baptized into our church 9 months ago in David. David is 8 hours away from here. It turned out that Elder Bennett had baptized her. What are the chances????? The taxi driver then called his sister and she talked with Elder Bennett and then told her brother he had to listen to them. They are going to teach him this week. With 6,000 taxis, 200 missionaries and the fact we are in 94 different areas in Panama, what are the statistical chances of that happening? The promise in the scriptures is that we will be guided to those whose hearts are prepared. We really are.
